Intrigued by their menu, I walked in for a lunch and I enjoyed every minute I spent there. They have quite a variety of Indian food and I loved their decoration. I hope I get to visit them again. I recommend this place.

The food here is amazing, some of the best Indian food I’ve had in Dallas. The chicken biryani was probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Our waitress Jamuna was also very nice and took good care of us. So glad we stumbled on this place.

This was our first meal in Dallas downtown. flew in from Sydney Australia for the WC Soccer match between Arg vs Austria for 20 hours, wanted to have a late lunch and sleep off the jet lag. We ordered 2 chicken dum biriyanis, 1 chicken 65 biriyani, 1 lemon chicken, 1 chicken lollipop. We had repeated verified that the biriyani is really cooked in the dum (layered) style. The food came after around 10-15 mins. The lemon chicken was good, chicken lollipop was okay, but over fried. Unfortunately the biriyani was a real let down. It was more of basmati rice slow cooked with chicken together, def not the dum biriyani. It was below par. Overall an average experience. I was told by my hotel reception folks that Shiva’s grill and bar was a better Indian option than Masala Indian, but I can’t really compare. Would I visit again - maybe No.

I ordered the tikka masala with shrimp and rice + Mango lassi to wash it all down. My wife got the palak paneer, and she’s very sensitive to spice, but it wasn’t too spicy at all. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The garlic naan was toasty, soft and fluffy. Barcha was sweet and welcoming. We’ll def be back to this spot soon.

I went here with my partner to get a meal on a day that was special to us. To put it generously that food was mediocre at best. We went here because it had great ratings after hundreds of reviews - but they are grossly mistaken. We had aloo parantha which was mostly uncooked dough and Chana masala which lacked any flavor and carrot halwa which included lumps of carrot. It’s hard to imagine that even people who are clueless about how Indian food is supposed to taste would give high ratings
